Jen Kearns - Realtor/Owner - Preferred Homes Colorado, inc
Jen has been a full service, full time Agent since 1994. She received her Employing Brokers license in 1996.
As a leader in the Real Estate industry Jen has held a number of different leadership roles, while running her real estate business full time. Jen has been the Employing Broker of KW Park Meadows, an ALC member (agent leadership council) for more than 5 years, Agent Coach, Trainer, Mentor and a Compliance Review specialist. Jen has also taught Real Estate contracts to new agents.
This back ground allows Jen to help prepare her clients for a successful transaction.
In 2019, Jen opened Preferred Homes Colorado, inc. and is very excited about all the possibilities of owning the brokerage.

Jen sells residential real estate all over the Denver Metro area as well as areas outside the metro area such as: Bennett, Elizabeth, Kiowa, Colorado Springs, and even Brighton.
Jen has ample years of experience with Wells, Septics, Land Rights, Water Rights, Mineral Rights, Transfers and Horse Property.
Jen is very familiar with Elbert, Douglas county. They are a main focus point for her real estate business.
Technology – websites and paperless technology for contracts. Not to mention the over 600 sites her listings syndicate with. Jen also has access to both Denver MLS and Colorado Springs MLS, which she utilizes for all her listings.
While Jen services all the listings personally, she does have an Assistant on her team that helps with additional tasks, along with a transaction coordinator to make sure nothing is missed.
Meet the Team
Joey Hahn – Assistant
Joey joined the team in 2017. She comes to us with a payroll background and has fiery personality. Joey’s payroll background makes her our numbers girl! She is always quick to make sure we are on track with all of our goals. Joey gets the job done no matter what task she is handed. Joey primarily works with our team buyers.
Reagan Nordstrom – Transaction Coordinator
Reagan joined the team at the beginning of 2018. She is our transaction coordinator, her job is to make sure we are all on task and on time. Reagan is detailed oriented and is obsessed with making sure it is done correctly the first time. We are very lucky to have her on the team! Reagan is an additional contact for any seller or buyer need.
